The architecture of Boutique Hotel Casa Art is inspired by Bulgarian Revival architecture, characterized by its stone walls and dynamic roofs. Some of the materials used in the hotel’s construction were carefully collected by the co-founders, Bilyana and Plamen, from old Bulgarian houses—such as stone slabs for the roofs, stones and bricks for the walls and fireplaces. These elements, rich in nostalgic value, have been seamlessly integrated into the present, combined with modern materials, bold colors, and artistic design.
The daring color choices of the facades reflect the four favorite colors of artist Plamen Petrov—yellow, orange, blue, and green. These colors have become the signature hues of Boutique Hotel Casa Art, appearing in the logo, the floor borders, the column collages, the chimneys, the stained-glass gate, the patchwork sofas in the lobby bar, the chairs in the restaurant, and even the hand-painted cups, plates, and light fixtures.
The concept of the rooms in Boutique Hotel Casa Art is based on artistic interior solutions, with each space featuring a unique design. Every guest has the opportunity to choose a room that resonates with their personality and individuality. Bilyana and Plamen strive to create spaces with deep emotional complexity and artistic expression. They design each room, the lobby bar, and the restaurant with immense passion and attention to detail. The different spaces come to life through carefully curated furniture, lighting, color schemes, fabric textures, and accessories that perfectly align with their respective themes.
