Our History & Philosophy

The two creators, Plamen and Bilyana, have designed a hotel with unique architecture and design, an unconventional art hotel with seven rooms, four studios, three apartments, a small SPA area, a lobby bar, and a restaurant. Since its inception, the hotel has been constantly evolving, perfecting its appearance through arrangements, interior innovations, and changes to the outdoor spaces. As our hotel also serves as a showroom, we continuously create new interior concepts that bring comfort and inspiration to our guests.

In 2020, Bilyana and Plamen took an important step in expanding Casa Art Hotel by creating a new wing with additional rooms, studios, and apartments. This new section was designed with amenities for guests with pets, offering direct access to the garden and ensuring comfort for four-legged visitors.

The year 2024 marked a time of significant changes and innovations for the hotel. At the beginning of the year, the restaurant and kitchen were transformed to feature an open kitchen concept, allowing guests to watch the food preparation process. In the summer, the new section of the garden, “Secret Garden,” was opened—a spacious area ideal for hosting events.

For Christmas of the same year, the new art wellness area, SPAradise, opened its doors to the hotel’s guests. This unique space includes an infinity jacuzzi, an outdoor jacuzzi, a Finnish and herbal sauna, a steam room, a shock bucket, and an ice dispenser, as well as a quiet zone and outdoor relaxation corners. All these innovations make Casa Art an even more attractive destination for relaxation, blending art experiences, comfort, and culinary delight.
