Showcooking with Bilyana

After years of travelling the world, I decided to make one of my biggest dreams come true — to open my own restaurant, designed entirely according to my taste, here in my beloved Bulgaria, in a village, surrounded by nature.

I grew up in the countryside, where real flavour was part of everyday life — vegetables straight from the garden, meat from our own animals, a few sheep, lambs, goats, kids, hens, roosters and rabbits.

I brought together two of my greatest passions — culinary art and design. Today, alongside my work in interior and product design, I love creating recipes and cooking, whether for the themed events at Casa Art Restaurant or for family and friends.

It is my pleasure to share with you, my dear guests, my very first boutique culinary show. I will take you on a journey under the stars, filled with flavours, aromas and emotions.
