Culinary program
During these three days we will create together to fully experience the holiday, inspired and with love. Bilyana Milusheva awaits you with an author’s menu, which we will prepare together for dinner on December 30. On December 31, we will say good luck and wishes for the New Year and learn how to make pulled New Year’s banitsa. The 8-course festive menu will be specially prepared by our masterchef. We will welcome the first day of the New Year with a New Year’s brunch with homemade soup and other local delicacies, and for dinner we will warm up by tasting Troyanska slivova.
The festive evening
The New Year’s program will fill you with a festive mood, with live performances by Very Well Blend. They will select for you beloved Bulgarian and world songs. You will test your luck in a raffle and games. And we will welcome the New Year with New Year’s bonfires and mulled wine in the Magic Garden.
Rest and relaxation
We are waiting for you with mulled wine in the artistic lobby in front of the fireplace. If you want complete relaxation, relax in our wellness area “SPAradise” with a good book, a cup of tea and a stunning view of the Balkans. Let it rain, the water in the outdoor jacuzzi is 36C.
