In this workshop, your chef will be Bilyana Milusheva, the hotel owner, who will guide you through one of the thematic worlds and cultures of the selected cuisine.

You can choose from:

Casa Art-themed cuisine
Bulgarian national cuisine
Vegan and vegetarian cuisine

The culinary workshop takes place in the Boutique Kitchen “Atelier-Gourmet”.

The Cooking Art Workshop Includes:

Chef-led session
Preparation of a salad, soup, appetizer, main dish, and dessert from the chosen cuisine
All necessary ingredients provided by local producers
Use of the Boutique Kitchen “Atelier-Gourmet”
A culinary dinner/lunch with the dishes you’ve prepared
